APH: Oz, Scotland

Thanks to a certain someone, Oz is starting to become one of my favorites.

Since he hasn't appeared in the anime, I wanted to do a little sketch of him to try and get a general idea of what he'd look like.

I decided to draw Scotland for the hell of it, too, 'cause I really like his fan character design. c:
